custom chatbots, email-automation pipelines and decision-support tools that
learned from clients’ own guidelines, process descriptions and product data.

Together with Michael Selbertinger and Rainer Winkler I transformed cutting-edge AI research into real-world value. Michael focused on NLP infrastructure and data privacy, while I designed end-to-end workflows—from prompt-engineering to seamless front-end integration and Rainer implemented the design and marketing strategies. Our shared goal was to deliver AI systems that reduced workload, upscaled customer experience and grew smarter with every single interaction.

- How long does it take to launch a chatbot?
In most cases you’ll be live within a week. Day 1: you provide FAQs, PDFs, or policy documents. Day 2-3: we ingest the content, clean the data, and create a secure vector store. Day 4-5: we connect the chatbot to your CMS via plug-in, run a test environment, and hand over a staging link. After your approval we flip the switch and the bot is available to customers 24 / 7—without interrupting your existing site.

- Where is my data stored and how is it protected?
All data is processed exclusively on servers located in Germany. We sign an AVV (data-processing agreement) with every client and follow GDPR best practices:
- Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3, AES-256).
- Role-based access controls and audit logs.
- Separate tenants, so no data is ever mixed between clients.
- Optional automatic deletion policies for sensitive content.
No training data is passed back to OpenAI or Anthropic; models are called via isolated API endpoints.

The Consultee.ai backend runs in a Docker swarm with automatic horizontal scaling:
- Metrics are monitored every 10 seconds. When CPU or queue time exceeds a threshold, new containers spin up automatically.
- Rate-limiting protects the LLM APIs against abusive traffic.
- Requests are load-balanced across EU datacentres for 99.9 % uptime.
- You can reserve additional capacity ahead of planned campaigns.
